Create Product

Creating a Product

You can manage your products under the Products menu. You can add them one by one by clicking the "New product" button.

After clicking, you will see a data sheet on a new page where you can enter the necessary information.

The following data can be provided on the form:

DATA 

  • Article name 

  • Article comment Optional

  • Quantity unit – e.g., pc, month, year

  • Barcode  – Optional

  • SKU / Item number – Optional

Toggle the "Stock-managed product" (Készletezett termék) button if you want to add the item to your inventory in the Billingo Stock Management module.

PRICES 

  • VAT rate 

  • Currency 

  • Net unit price 

  • Gross unit price 

  • Purchase price (Nettó beszerzési ár) – can be used during stock intake in Stock Management.

IMPORTANT: Billingo always calculates based on the net unit price; the gross unit price is only displayed if necessary.

API 

The API ID is generated by Billingo after clicking the Save button.

Notes:

  • Fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory.

  • You can enter a negative value for the price if you wish to provide a discount for a specific item.

  • Save the information to your product list by clicking the "Save"  button.
