Password Change / Forgotten Password

Changing your password within your Billingo account

You can modify your password under the Settings/Account Details menu.

To make the change, first, you must enter your old password. Then, enter your new password in the designated field. To ensure accuracy and avoid errors, please enter the password again in the Repeat new password field. You can save the updated information by clicking the Save  button.


Forgotten password

First, open the login interface. Click on the "Request new password" link located directly below the password field.

Next, you need to provide the email address you used to register. Then, click the Request new password button. It is important to enter exactly the same email address associated with your account; otherwise, you will not receive the email needed to set a new password.

If you provided the correct email address, you will receive an email from our system shortly.

In this email, you will find a Change Password  button. By clicking it, you can set your new password. You do not need your old password for this process; simply enter the new password twice for confirmation, then click the Update Password  button.

After setting the new password, you can immediately log in to your account with the freshly updated credentials.

Note: If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, please check your Spam or Promotions folders. If you still cannot find it, please contact our customer service, and we will assist you with the next steps.
