Navigation and Interface

The Billingo interface is designed to provide quick and transparent access to all the functions necessary for managing your business. Below is an overview of the main navigation elements.

1. Sidebar (Main Menu)

The main navigation is located on the left side of the screen. This is where you can access the primary modules:

  • Dashboard: Your financial overview with quick statistics.

  • Invoice list: Management of outgoing invoices, receipts, proforma invoices and expenses.

  • Partners: Your database of customers and suppliers.

  • Products: Management of your products and services.

2. Header and Profile Management

The top bar contains tools for account management:

  • Business Switcher: If you manage multiple businesses, you can switch between profiles here.

  • Notifications (Bell icon): Important system messages and updates.

  • Settings (Gear icon): Access to company data, API keys, and document block settings.

  • User Profile: Access to your personal subscription details and logout.

  • Search bar: Search for a menu item.

3. Quick Action Buttons

Most pages feature action buttons in the top right corner to help you work faster:

  • New Document: Immediate creation of an invoice or proforma.

  • New Partner / New Product: Quick entry for your databases.

4. Search and Filters

Above the lists (Invoices, Partners, etc.), you will find the search and filtering tools:

  • Search Bar: Search by name, document number, or email.

  • Filter Button: Narrow down results by date, payment status, currency, or document block.

  • Status Tabs: Quick filtering for "Paid," "Outstanding," or "Overdue" items.

5. Document Operations (The "Three Dots")

At the end of each row in your lists, the Actions (three dots) menu provides specific options for that item:

  • View / Download: Open the PDF or view details.

  • Send: Email the document to the partner.

  • Copy / Storno: Duplicate the document or issue a cancellation.

  • Record Payment: Manually set an invoice to "Paid."
