Managing Trusted Devices

What is a saved (trusted) device?

A "saved device" is a computer or mobile device where you indicate that you do not want to be asked for a second authentication code in the future. This allows for faster login while maintaining security.

Setup Process

1. During Login

When you log in using Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), a new option will appear: "Remember this device" – in the future, we will not ask for a two-factor authentication code on this device.

  • If you check this box, your current device will be saved.

  • For security reasons, you will receive an email notification about this action.

Note: Saved devices are valid for 30 days. After this period, you will be required to provide a 2FA code again during login.

After deletion, the system will request a 2FA code again during your next login on that specific device.
