Dashboard
As a Billingo user, we know you appreciate fast and accurate solutions that help develop your business. Therefore, we designed the interface so you can comfortably see the most important data for your enterprise in one place.
Set the Relevant Period
On the Dashboard, you can customize what data you want to query. With a single click, you can check your income and expense statistics for the day, week, the current month, as well as for the quarter or the calendar year.
Custom Period: If you need data for a specific day or interval, you can easily set it using the calendar tool.
Quick Action Buttons
One of the most frequently used functions is invoice creation, so we made sure it is clearly visible and easily accessible. Using the Quick Buttons, you can also:
Create a New Invoice
Create a New Partner
Add a New Product
Record a New Expense
Estimated VAT, Income and Expense statistics
Income and Expense statistics: You can easily view your incomes and expenses
Estimated VAT: You can track the estimated amount of VAT payable
Net/Gross Statistics Toggle
You have the option to switch your income and expense statistics between net and gross values.
How to switch: Click the button in the upper right corner of the respective module. When active, it shows gross amounts; when inactive, it shows net amounts.
Shortcut Icons
Next to the net/gross toggle, you will find another shortcut button. By clicking this, you can immediately jump to the corresponding section within Billingo (e.g., the Income Statistics shortcut takes you directly to Invoice list), which will open in a new window.
Settled, Outstanding, and Overdue Expenses and Income
At the bottom of the income and expense statistics modules, you will find the following for the given period:
The total amount of your paid income and expenses
The total amount of your outstanding (unpaid) income and expenses
The total amount of your overdue income and expenses
Upcoming Events
Future data is just as important as statistics for previous periods. For this purpose, a dedicated box is available on the right side of the screen. In this module, you will find a list of upcoming items to be paid, as well as your outstanding and overdue documents.
On the Dashboard, we have also visualized the trends of income and expenses in a chart format. Income is shown in blue, and expenses are shown in red. You can choose between area and bar chart views; you can switch between the two options using the button in the top right corner.
